I had the pleasure to work with Stephanie Calinoff from Premier Properties. She helped me sell my home. I wasn't able to be at the home or her office since i lived 2 and a half hours away. But she took care of everything.I was impressed by her professionalism and how Stephanie handled the whole process from start to finish. I met with Stephanie Calinoff in the year, 2018 when I decided to buy an apartment in Ronkonkoma, NY. Stephanie showed me multiple apartments with patience and virtual tours in a timely manner. She did a fantastic job, efficient, and very professional, and finally helped me in buying the desired apartment.

In May 2021 I have relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and approached Stephanie to list the same apartment in the market. Stephanie was our realtor when we purchased our first home, and was our realtor when we sold it. Always helpful, super responsive, and beyond personable. She helped me stay at ease through both processes, as we know not all home buying and selling experiences are easy. It’s definitely always a stressful time. But her guidance helped me through it. I even got cold feet to sell because of my emotional attachment to my home, and she let me know it was perfectly normal to feel that way and that I would not regret it. She was 100 percent right! To say Stephanie is the best real estate agent there is would be an understatement. She took us on after many disappointing real estate agents. I called Douglas Elliman desperate and they told me not to worry. They were right. Stephanie stood on the phone with me at 9pm listening to me cry. It wasn’t the only time she’d have to endure my tears. She is a straight shooter. She’s funny as anything and she turned what was an awful process for us into a fun one. She finds houses— her license plate doesn’t lie. She actually cares about her clients. She invests the time. She makes schedules work and she’s on her game. Not only is she an amazing real estate agent but she’s a wonderful person. Do yourself a favor and leave it to her if you’re looking for a home. I was introduced to Stephanie through a friend and interviewed several agents, ultimately deciding to move forward with her. I had an immediate connection and she answered numerous questions before I even signed with her. She is extremely responsive, always picks up the phone or gets back to you immediately, and has a sense of urgency which is necessary in this market! She knew exactly what we were looking for and could read our minds immediately every time upon walking into a house! She dealt with our craziness throughout the process and really was the BEST!! Her sense of humor is what got us through the stresses of it all and she made it as painless as possible. There were times she went above and beyond to make things happen!
