Stephanie is a professional in every sense of the word. She knows the Denver market inside and out, and looks out for her buyers' near-term needs ("I want walkability, I want charm!") and their longer-term interests that may not yet be on their minds ("Have you considered the fact that you'll need to shovel two sidewalks on snowy days on a corner lot? This neighborhood is declining in value, have you considered alternatives so that you come out ahead on resale value?"). She won't let you make a bad decision, she'll fearlessly negotiate on your behalf, and is one of the most responsive individuals I have ever met. This is not the first home that I have bought with Stephanie Goldammer's guidance and it won't be the last. She also has helped me sell my first home. She is a gem. She is so knowledgeable about Denver and the real estate market, AND she also really cares about the community. We looked at several neighborhoods before we settled on purchasing our primary residence. Her insight into the various neighborhoods was so helpful. Once we settled on our choice, her expertise made the sale of my first home and the new purchase seamless, despite the tight market. We were absolutely thrilled working with Steph as our seller's agent. After 28 years in our Denver home, it was time to down-size. Steph made the entire process smooth and efficient. She is an excellent communicator and was responsive to anything needed. Her knowledge and appreciation of older homes was an asset marketing our W. Highlands bungalow. She and the entire Urban Luxe team added value to the process throughout, including providing minor repairs, moving boxes, staging consultation, house cleaning, and top-notch photo-marketing and contract assistance. Stephanie is an amazing realtor that goes above and beyond for her clients. We were first time home buyers in a crazy market that knew very little about the process of buying a home and how to get the house that we wanted in a market like Denver’s. We trusted Stephanie pretty early on because she was very honest and obviously not just trying to get us to buy any home.
