Mika Rotunda - The highest recommendation

After having a difficult time getting an offer accepted to purchase a home with a different realtor, I switched strategies and contacted Mika. While I work a full time job, and progress through an MBA program full time as well, Mika made my home search and purchase process the least stressful part of my life. Her professionalism, proactiveness, positivity, knowledge, and friendliness along the way reinforced my decision to work with her. I always felt like my best interets were always in the forefront of her mind from initial contact to after closing. I can't say enough good things about Mika. I will continue to recommend her to anyone that is looking for an amazing realtor in the Tampa Bay area, and it's a no-brainer that I will work with her in the future as well.

Mika Rotunda - Queen of Detailed Follow Up and Follow Through - She Does Whatever It Takes

Mika is the ABSOLUTE QUEEN of follow up and follow through. From the beginning of the process to the very end and beyond, Mika handled every detail between the other Realtor and the builder. She was proactive, consistent, wise-beyond-her-years, quick, super-smart, always kind, and a ball of positive energy that made the entire process so pleasant. I never had to wonder where we were in the process because she AWLAYS knew. She does all the little things that no one else takes the time to do, and in the end it added up to a very smooth buying process. Now, She is my REALTOR for LIFE!

I have owned many homes & sold many. When I met Stephanie I instinctually knew she was my new realtor! I had met with two popular realtors before Stephanie. They were bored, Stephanie was ready to roll. They both under bid my home, Stephanie got me $32,000 more than them! I am a middle aged woman who had to pack my 2300 sq ft home alone. Stephanie stopped to check in with me & saw I desperately needed help. Later that same day help arrived. Within 2 days I was completely packed. My home needed a lot of little things fixed in it and needed to be painted. She had people fixing & painting the next day. I wish I could tell u just how wonderful Heart of Florida Realty is, you will need to find out for yourself BC there really are no words! Never have had an experience like this & Prob never will again. It would do every single broker & realtor near & far to take Heart of Fl Realty 101. 1000% satisfied based on 100%.

This is a belated review

My wife and I wanted to retire to Florida. After lots of homework we decided to look at homes in the Springhill FL area. We met Stephanie Rotunda from Heart of Florida Realty estate agency at a house viewing online. We called, and explained to Stephanie that at the moment we still live in NJ and can’t just fly back and forth to look at houses. She asked us what we were looking for, so we told her exactly what we wanted, well it seems that we met the right agent! Stephanie Rotunda is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowledgeable, understanding and she reassured us that she would do everything to make us happy. After lots of questions and concerns, Stephanie never left any questions or concerns of ours unanswered. Stephanie put a list of houses for us to see on the internet, we picked out the ones we wanted to see, and flew out to Florida. Stephanie asked us to meet her at one of the houses on the list, after looking at a few houses, we decided to make an offer, and by the time we got to the next house viewing, the owners had accepted our offer. Stephanie assured us that she would handle everything for us, which she did. We purchase our home over a year ago, and have moved in, in the last 6 months, we are very happy.
