I've known Steven for about 10 years so when it was time to sell my house I went outside the normal real estate agent that usually sells houses in my area. His work ethic for both the buyer and seller is known throughout the long island area. We had a ton of showings and approx 30 offers. He was in contact with me constantly and available for any questions I needed to know. He has an entire team of people at his disposal from lawyers to expidators. I couldn't be happy with my results. Let just say my house may have sold for the most expensive in the neighborhood.
Again u want a caring professional thus is you're guy.
