Steve,

I receive your emails now and then, but I don't count on them making me any wiser as to the value of my property or the market overall. I'm not in the market for buying or selling property at this time. I know there is a shortage of houses for sale and unless interest rates come way back down, it is going to be a slow market. However, nothing remains the same forever.
