We worked with Kristen on and off for three years, nearly all of that remotely, 1800 miles away from Denver. We never noticed it. She was so responsive and communicative you would have thought she was in the same city. When we needed her, she was there, every time. She never once pressured us. She partnered with us through about four different iterations on what we were doing with the home, and the entire time I always knew by her actions she was working in our best interest, not in her own. She is friendly, and down to earth. She knows her stuff about the Denver real estate market too. Once we did move forward with a sale, she was with us every step of the way in the planning and execution, offering advice when needed, and listening to our needs. The back office staff was also very helpful- again conducting the sale 1800 miles away was a breeze- lots of emails plus schedules and timelines. We knew what was happening and when, and most importantly, when it was complete. We were in the know every step of the way. I can't recommend Kristin and Steve highly enough. They are just nice, down to earth people who did an amazing, top notch job for us. The only regret I have is that they don't have licenses to practice where we live now, because they would get our business every time.

My wife and I just bought a house with the Le Peau's as our agents. Throughout the process they were great and fast to answer questions and get back to us. My wife and I have slightly odd schedules, and they were able to work around that and show us houses. Steve and Kristen are absolutely wonderful, and they did an amazing job helping us find a place we love. We were searching on Zillow and stumbled upon a mid-century modern fixer upper that was calling to us. We had been introduced to Kristen by a friend so we reached out to see if we could schedule a tour. She moved mountains to get us into the house within a few hours of our initial call. With that kind of responsiveness, we knew we had picked the right team. Kristen helped us think through whether we wanted to make an offer (we were nervous because we hadn't seen any other houses); reassured us that if our offer was picked, we could look at other houses while waiting on the inspection (so we didn't feel like we were rushing into a choice); told us about the neighborhood (it was new to us); and talked to us about our options for making a competitive offer. We made an offer, and in an incredibly tough market with multiple offers on the table, Kristen got ours picked. We don't know how she did it! After we were under contract, Steve took over to move us through the process. He helped us with the inspection, making sure we understood everything that had come up in the report. Then he masterfully handled subsequent negotiations, helping us secure the seller's help in addressing two major issues with the home. Steve knows the Denver metro area well so he was able to connect us with countless vendors from inspectors to roofers and beyond. Steve was with us all the way through closing, answering all of our questions (and we had quite a few) as we navigated the appraisal, financing, etc. Through it all, he was always incredibly responsive and helpful. You want your agent to have it all. You want them to know the area, know the market, and know how to get you the home of your dreams. And the Le Peau Team delivered on all counts for us. But most important to us personally was feeling like we were supported through the process by a responsive team who would help us think through opportunities and challenges. We got that and a lot more. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristen and Steve to others!

My fiance and I are first time home buyers, and perhaps especially anxious ones at that, and Kristen and Steve really helped us through the process. Kristen is the first person we worked with; she showed us potential houses and helped us make offers. If you haven't realized already, the Denver housing market is completely nuts! We lost out on a quite a few homes, but Kristen really knew how to make an offer more attractive to a buyer for the home you couldn't live without. Not only did I feel like her real estate service was great, but she also really helped calm us about the process. I had a lot of questions and she was always happy to spend time on the phone with me to get them answered. Further, we were buying from out of state and Kristen was always willing to show us a house via video chat. Steve does more of the work after you are under contract (comes to inspection, negotiates inspection objection, talks to lender, etc). We were under contract twice before we finally closed on our house - both fell through for different reasons but Steve was helpful in both situations.
