McLean Faulconer Inc. Realtors was founded in 1980 by two Charlottesville natives, Stephen T. McLean and James W. Faulconer, Jr., both of whom have been active locally in the real estate business since 1973. The philosophy of McLean Faulconer Inc. In addition, a majority of our agents grew up in Virginia or have resided here for a long time, and are actively involved in the community.
