McLean Faulconer Inc. Realtors was founded in 1980 by two Charlottesville natives, Stephen T. McLean and James W. Faulconer, Jr., both of whom have been active locally in the real estate business since 1973. The philosophy of McLean Faulconer Inc. Realtors is to constantly strive to be current with real estate trends and market conditions and to provide the best professional services available to all sellers and buyers.



McLean Faulconer Inc. Realtors currently has twenty licensed sales professionals. The principals and the associates bring to the organization a diverse background of personal expertise in many fields pertinent to real estate including marketing, banking, communications, construction, urban planning, historic preservation, general contracting, forestry, state and local government, and community service. In addition, a majority of our agents grew up in Virginia or have resided here for a long time, and are actively involved in the community. Because of our background and the extensive network of contacts that we have established throughout Virginia and the United States, we feel that McLean Faulconer Inc.
