I am the type of person that normally is motivated to write a review for poor service vs great, but that wouldnt be fair, plus this has been a long relationship through years of communication and joint goals. Ive been using John L. Scott in yelm, for property management for almost 8 years now. I'm active military and PCS'd decided to rent my house. I originally met with Charlene to sign the agreement and start the process, throughout the almost 8 years she remained my solo point of contact throughout. I had a professionally managed rental house while also having a personal small company touch. Over the years I had an average of less than three days non rented between tenants. This was specially important to me as I didn't have the extra funds for covering the homes expenses without renters. Maintenance cost were less than average expected cost, its a blance for not cutting corners and also making quality repairs. Communication was important to me since i was a first time rental owner, Charlene responded via email (my perferes method due to work) within hours each time. I also had her cell phone number for any concerns. I think the less you hear from a management company the better and this was a great overall partnership over the last 8 years. I would continue on with it, but I'm selling the house.
