We worked with Steven recently to purchase our first home in Maryland. Steven made the entire process incredibly easy for us. This was our first home purchase together and we were moving from another state on a short time line. Steven was available every step of the way to answer the many questions we had, he responded quickly, lined up multiple viewings around our schedule, and gave excellent advice. He was extremely thorough at every home we looked at, pointing out things we wouldn't have thought to look for. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients (for instance, scheduling a pre-inspection with less than a days notice, walking through every line of the offer contract, answering emails while out of the country).
