Steve was voted top rookie with Re/Max in 1993 and won numerous awards from Centex Homes, Suarez Homes and Arvida. He was elected to the Re/Max Hall of Fame and is a member of the Platinum Club. After 11 years with Re/Max Realty Unlimited, Steve joined as a partner with Keller Williams Realty.
Steve services the entire Tampa Bay area. The majority of his business is in the Bloomingdale, River Hills, Twin Lakes and Fishhawk area. Along with Brandon, Valrico, Lithia, Riverview, Plant City, Apollo Beach, and Seffner.
Steve’s greatest pleasure is spending quality time with his family. He has 2 children, Courtney and Connor. He also has twin grandsons, Kingsley and Koa. Steve’s wife Rhonda helps with his business. Steve credits much of his success to Rhonda.
Steve is a member and a past president of the Rotary Club and a member at Bell Shoals Baptist Church. Steve is an Avid golfer and a member of Buckhorn Golf and Country Club. Steve coaches his son’s basketball and baseball teams. Steve coached his son's basketball and baseball teams. He also was a volunteer coach with Bloomingdale High School Varsity Basketball for 7 years. Steve contributes from every transaction to Keller Williams Cares, a non-profit organization. Steve prides himself on an aggressive approach to marketing and superior client service.
