Steven Sommer

Steve is an expert in Luxury Real Estate who started 30 years ago with a dual career as a Realtor and a Luxury Home Builder and has been successfully selling homes and land in the luxury community of Silverleaf in North Scottsdale since 2003. His knowledge of construction, architecture, interior design, and ability to sell luxury real estate has been a powerful combination for buyers and sellers of both homes and land. He has an extensive understanding of the complexities of all types of financial transactions related to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. The core values that Steve has lived by throughout his career are honesty, integrity, professionalism, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Steve has been involved in numerous charitable organizations and believes in and practices giving back to the community. Most recently he combined talents to build and sell the first custom home in Silverleaf for charity and raised $500,000 for The Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
