Stuart Hope

Stuart Hope is an experienced commercial real estate advisor based in Denver with a focus on hospitality investment sales. He has over 5 years of experience in the industry, specializing in single-asset transactions, select service hotels, portfolio sales, and development sites. His expertise encompasses assignments locally and nationwide.

In partnership with Chris Kilcullen, Stuart will bring his detailed and results-oriented skillset to every assignment. He maintains a strong network of buyers and financing specialists and is committed to achieving positive outcomes and long-term value for his clients.

Prior to moving to Colorado, Stuart worked as a broker in Atlanta, where he focused on hospitality and land redevelopment sales. He’s sold multiple hotels as multifamily conversions and advocates for increasing the supply of affordable housing in metropolitan areas through adaptive reuse and building conversions.

Stuart earned his Bachelor’s degree from The College of Charleston. Outside of brokerage, he is a champion for mental health awareness programs in his community.
