Sue Zabel

Sue Zabel is a native of Boise and enthusiastic to share her extensive knowledge of the Treasure Valley and Idaho. Sue is a twenty-year veteran of the real estate industry.

Customer service and organization is a key component of Sue’s personality and has been at the root of her career in real estate. The consumer experience and education is an integral part of the buying and selling process for Sue. Clients have commented that “We feel like we are your only clients”. Although that is what she would like you to believe, it is rarely the case! Sue is an experienced Realtor, having earned her Idaho real estate license in 1993, her Idaho Broker license in 2002 and followed up with her Arizona Broker license in 2008. She has been a consistent “Top Producer and Circle of Excellence” honoree for many years.

With over ten years of real estate market experience behind her, Sue & her husband Rich opened Rebates Realty in 2002.

Rich brings a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of combined Real Estate, Marketing and Consultative sales experience. His real estate experience includes being a former Idaho State licensed appraiser. With his experience, Rich brings a discerning eye and unique perspective to both home buyers and sellers.
