Working with Sundeep and the Coldwell team was the best decision for selling our home and more finding my families dream home. Sundeep was always available, very responsive and all his actions through the process always had my families best interests in mind and making sure clients he brought in were the right fit for our requirements. Even with C19 and it’s restrictive rules, Sundeep followed all safety procedures and more to ensure my family and home were safe for all showing. His guidance and instinct setting up the house worked out great…always positive feedback and really helped get top dollar for our sell.
On the flip Sundeep went above and beyond to help find the right house meeting all the specific needs for our family. His negotiating with sellers and follow through helped seal the deal quickly and at the price point we needed.

I interviewed six realtors before signing a contract for the sale of our Long Island home with Sundeep Gill. We were very impressed with Sundeep and his partner Jaimie and their sales presentation and their commitment to work with us to get the highest possible price for the sale. They patiently worked with us over the course of many months to sell our home. We got $10K above our asking price! We were thrilled with their professionalism, their customer service, their responsiveness to our questions and concerns, and to their going above in beyond in big and small ways to accomplish the sale. For a first time home buyer, the home buying process is an unknown journey. However, it’s much easier if you find an able navigator to guide you to the right path and help reach your destination. As the first time homebuyers, we were nervous, unsure and unaware. Luckily, we found Sundeep!!

Sundeep was our mentor and constant support during the entire process. He is very patient, a keen listener and a good observer. He understood our needs and financial capacity well, and suggested to tour the houses which met our requirements and budget. He was so accurate in shortlisting the houses for us that we decided to buy our Home on the very first day of visiting the shortlisted houses.

He is quick on his tasks and has good negotiation skills. Post the selection of the house, he was able to quickly negotiate a good deal for us. He is very knowledgeable and well connected with the other key stakeholders in the home buying process. He guided us to the right people, important in the home buying process like the mortgaging bank, attorney, home inspector etc. all of which have been very helpful to us.

Before closing he helped us in inspecting the house closely – he found the minor issues which would have easily missed our eyes, and brought to the seller’s attention, all of which are getting fixed. Due to his promptness and support from the mortgaging bank, we were able to close the deal in relatively short span of time. As we lived in the city and daily commute to our new home was a little difficult, Sundeep went above and beyond, and visited the house as needed during the repair work to ensure things were put in place.

With Sundeep standing by your side, you can be assured of buying your dream house because he will provide you the right suggestions and fight for you as needed. Sundeep deserves a 5 Star rating.
