Susan helped me buy my exquisite luxury townhome in May of 2021. Come end of March, 2022, I was offered the job of a lifetime with a big catch… I needed to relocate to Colorado Springs. So I called Susan up, we made a game plan, and we had my home listed for sale 4/8. Because of Susan’s impeccable marketing skills, staging skills, and cleaning skills (sorry Susan), she landed me countless offers (multiple site unseen) and we managed to get under contract and sold by 4/19 for $100k more than I had bought it for 11 months prior.

Susan then helped me find my home in Colorado Springs. We had visited a few times and finally found the place of my dreams in the morning on 4/29. Because of Susan’s flawlessly clean offers, her impeccable communication skills, her superior knowledge of the market and the industry, her endless list of A+ connections, and her indefatigable work ethic, I went under contract the evening of 4/29 at around 11PM at night. Because of Susan, I was able to beat the other 8 offers on the table (including a cash offer).

We are now set to close 5/20 and she has worked tirelessly to make sure it is, yet again, a smooth transaction. I will be writing another 5 star review once I officially close!

Susan is hands down, the best in the business. I trust her implicitly and she is truly an irreplaceable asset to anyone buying or selling in Colorado.

Hiring Susan Cary to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but she surpassed our expectations. Upon her first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. She left us with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare our home to show. This is where Susan's connections started to add value. She brought in a stager to help us highlight the beauty of our home. And with our staging plan in place, she was willing to rolle up her sleeves and assisted in prepping the house for market.

Susan's selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which her knowledge of the market provided insight into the right selling strategy. This resulted in a final sale over asking and well above our original expectations. In addition, she knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Susan called just days after hitting the market with a great offer on our house. We accepted and Susan was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We put our trust in Susan and it paid off. Our family would highly reccomended Susan Cary!! Absolutely LOVE her to pieces!

Our family was growing and we needed more space! Unfortunately we started looking for a new home with Susan in the middle of 2021. Terrible time to buy a house! Not only did we find our dream home, Susan negotiated the price we wanted to spend and to our benefit it was below asking! Way below asking! Susan is professional, she listens to her clients, she won't bombard you wish properties that don't fit your needs. She's the best in the business! A true professional! I would recommend her to anybody!
