My husband and I were so lucky to have Susan by our sides as we bought our first home. There were a few issues that came up throughout the process, and Susan was there to react and help solve them in the most painless way possible. She's very knowledgable about the home buying process, and we will continue to recommend her to friends and family who plan to purchase or sell homes in the future. She's very talented at what she does, and one should feel confident when having her as their realtor.

Susan helped my husband and I in the process of buying our very first home. This process can be very overwhelming especially when we decided to build a new home instead of purchasing a resale, but Susan was there every step of the way. Susan is always available when needed and she will go to great lengths to fulfill the needs of her clients. During our home building process the communication between us and the building agency was not great, but Susan made sure to call the agency throughout the day until they answered our pending questions. Before we even settled on a home Susan was great about considering our wants in a house when she showed us available listings. I'm the type of person that usually just takes care of business myself, but a lot of times Susan would just jump on whatever we needed before I could pick up a phone or start to type an email. She was great about allowing me to focus on my own work during the day while she took care of any housing needs or questions. I would highly recommend Susan for your next home buying or selling experience.

Susan was recommended to me by my parents, who had used her as an agent for their own home. As a first time homebuyer, I was daunted by the process, but Susan's expertise made finding my new house much easier. I was particularly struck by the patience she showed viewing what seemed to me a huge number of homes, always willing to make an appointment and to answer whatever questions I had. Susan also was a great guide in the financing and closing of the house, checking in regularly with me to make sure I was up to date with deadlines and changes in the process. I would recommend her to any first time homebuyer.
