Susan Hewitt was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and has called Marin County her home since 1982. She is at the pinnacle of her career at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, with over 34 years in the luxury S.F. Bay Area home market. She and her partner, C.J. Nakagawa, are the team leads of The Marin Group, a forward-thinking real estate force of marketing experts who focus on San Francisco and Marin County real estate. They consistently rank among the industry’s finest, including Real Trend’s The Leading 100, distinguished among the top performers in the S.F. Bay Area in 2021. Last year The Marin Group’s sales exceeded $181,000,000.

Susan earned her degree from The Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, with fields of emphasis in both Marketing and Finance. In addition, she studied International Marketing at Queens College, Oxford University in the U.K. Prior to joining Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, she was a member of President’s Premier, the top 1% of more than 90,000 Coldwell Banker Sales Associates worldwide.
