Susan and her family have enjoyed everything PNW since moving to the Kitsap Peninsula in 1978. Susan and her husband reside on a 40-acre equestrian property in South Puget Sound where they raise warmblood sport horses and enjoy walks and hikes with their three Dobermans. One of their favorite WA beach stays is Ocean Crest Resort and their favorite seasonal destination is a vacation home in Winthrop, WA, enjoying equal parts of land and sea in the beautiful PNW.

Susan’s father was a WWII Veteran, a tail-gunner. One of her uncles was a WWII Seabee. Her dad, his sister and brothers all served, and survived, WWII. Her first employer in the equestrian world was a retired Lt. Colonel. A tough but fair-minded Marine that saw Susan move up the ranks in Open Jumpers. She grew up knowing freedom did not come free. As a Realtor with the National Association of Realtors, Susan follows a Code of Ethics. She appreciates working with men and women that also follow a Code. It is an honor and privilege to serve those who have served us. Susan has completed several courses applicable to working in real estate for our veterans and soldiers: VAMRES Certification - Veteran and Military Real Estate Specialist, American Warrior Real Estate Professional and VA Lending Groups class for realtors. Susan co-host similar free classes held for Veterans & Soldiers to educate them about their Home Loan Benefit taught by a former Army Ranger.
