Susan Raburn was the first individual to respond to my on line request for home search assistance in the Winchester area. Therefore, it was just my good luck that I was fortunate enough to be connected with Susan. My expectations were to identify an expert who was familiar with Winchester and the surrounding areas and be thoroughly knowledgeable in the real estate arena so as to assist me in finding my new home. Susan proved to be that individual. Not only is she knowledgeable and familiar with the said areas, she has provided me with specifics and details on each town in order to assist me in making an educated decision. Susan’s knowledge and familiarity with the area is unsurpassed. With my specific search criteria in mind, Susan had an arduous task in identifying potential properties for me. Along the way, I expressed my concerns that I was becoming increasingly disappointed. But Susan never gave up, she told me to “hang in there”. She told me to be patient and gave me encouragement that it will happen. From the very first time I met Susan, I was impressed with her warm and friendly demeanor. I must admit I was not an easy client to please with my “minimal requirements”, but Susan was a true professional throughout the 14+ months we worked together. She was patient, contacted me routinely with updates, and was not overwhelmed/annoyed with my expectations. In summary, my dream became a reality and I purchased my new home. She is extremely helpful finding information on properties and getting answers to any of our questions.
