About Susan

“Mother knows best!” As a high school student, Sue’s mom suggested she consider a career in real estate. She took it to mean that her mom didn’t think she was college material, so she spent the next 30 years trying to prove her wrong. Turns out, her mom was right—Sue loves being a Realtor! Getting to know and help people is a lot of fun, and getting them to closing is icing on the cake.

Sue moved to Cortland in 1992 with her husband, Steve, when he took a position with the SUNY Cortland Biology Department. The nerve-wracking experience of purchasing their second home after just four days in Cortland is still fresh in her memory. She loved raising their two sons in the area and remains active in the community and Central New York.
