Susan Stoddard

Susan is an experienced New Construction Sales Consultant with Eastbrook Homes. Her 10-year sales career spans all areas of Grand Rapids. Susan’s extensive knowledge of construction relieves the stress of building a new home. From the initial step of lot selection to the final celebration of your new home, she is with you every step of the way.

Susan represents the interests of her clients with honesty, integrity and a personal dedication making the real estate transaction as effortless as possible. Continuing Education is important to Susan. It allows her to ensure each home buyer the quality of service they deserve and affords the ability to stay current with the real estate market trends.

She is an active member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors serving on the Professional Standards Committee. Susan is also involved in giving back to the community by supporting Family Promise of Grand Rapids as well an active member of the Byron Center Chamber of Commerce.
Susan was born and raised in Madison Wisconsin, making her a “Cheese Head.” When not walking her dog Buster, she enjoys boxing, running, and collaborating with her son, also a licensed realtor.
