Susie grew up in Washington County, Maryland and began her real estate business after she graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She has loved representing sellers, buyers and investors in the residential market. She is a consistent leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients’ interests. Savvy negotiations, consistent communication and uncompromising integrity are the hallmark’s of Susie’s service. She is exceptionally well-respected in the community, not only for her professional track record and high ethical standards, but also for being honest and trustworthy. Susie is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients and prides herself on giving her clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values which gives them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. Together they are passionate about the outdoors and enjoy time spent at their home at Deep Creek Lake.
