Offering you a guided transaction from list to close, researching the local real estate market for the current market trends, providing a detailed market analysis, helping you obtain the maximum price for best profit in the shortest time frame, helping clients identify the key selling points to their home, comprehensive, strategic marketing of your home to potential buyers, negotiating with buyers on your behalf, ordering an O & E report, offering home warranty seller coverage on the home as a part of the process, providing an in-depth market analysis to determine the most competitive price, defining different pricing strategies what is working in today’s market, presenting all contracts to and from offering a full understandable explanation, ordering e-flyers to send to local agents, pre-ordering title work so there are no surprises during the time the seller is under contract with the buyer, maintaining your negotiation position when a buyer makes an offer, reverse prospecting & marketing to agent with potential buyers

When I first saw Tammy pop up online, I thought how can someone have all 5 stars?! Well, after working with her the past year while finding and building our home, I know exactly why. She was so helpful explaining the process as first time homebuyers, and gave phenomenal advice in the hunting process. Once we contracted with a builder, she helped us not get taken advantage of by our builder, and was an amazing advocate for us. On top of being a great realtor, she is also an amazing person all around, and has become a friend. I can't reccomend her enough.
