Tammy went above and beyond for us from start to finish. We went through a few different real estate agents before finding Tammy and they were rude and condescending. One agent even told us good luck with that on sticking to our budget. Tammy not only worked within our budget but never pressured us to raise it. As active duty military and a first time home buyer I could not have imagined a better experience. We got everything we wanted including the pool we didn't dare to hope for! The house we found went on the market that day, we went to see it that morning, and had an offer in by the end of the day! She works fast and efficiently and cut down on wasted time by always doing her research ahead of time. Tammy always knew what the taxes in the area were, if there was an HOA, and how those would affect our bottom line. For anyone who doesn't want that greasy feeling of being sold a home but would rather have someone assist you in finding the right home for you, then Tammy should be your real estate agent. Tammy went beyond and above my expectations, she is extremely knowledgeable, which made us feel very comfortable through out the home buying process. It is a big step to purchase a first home and Tammy made us feel confident, encouraged, and positive! As first time homebuyers we didn't know what to expect, but again Tammy was excellent and, walked us through every little step and was very quick to answer all of our questions. Her constant communication is highly desirable as it can be a long process. Tammy's first interest is in her clients and she guided us to our perfect home.
