When we were thinking about buying a house, I called Tanya from a zillow ad without having any referral and I'm so glad I did! Since this was our first time looking, she explained everything we needed to know about the house buying process. After looking at quite a few houses, we found the one we wanted. She pointed out possible issues for us to be aware of before having it inspected, which I appreciated because we didn't really want to pay for an inspection if we weren't going to end up buying this house.
