Tara has been in Real Estate since 2005. Before she joined the Raleigh Rockstars (The Raleigh MSRE Office) as a Listing Agent in April 2020, she had worked both in general brokerage and property management. While in property management, she was a Business Development Manager.

When she transitioned from Property Management to General brokerage, Tara led a team at a boutique Real Estate Firm where she spent most of her time training and coaching new agents on winning the business and client experience. Tara is also a certified CE instructor in NC and knows the rules and regulations like the back of her hand!

Tara has conducted so much in her years with Mark Spain Real Estate, she has over 275 closings in 5 years! From day one, Tara has been a culture pillar honoring the company fundamentals in all that she does.

She earned a role as a leader and trainer of the Raleigh Office by finding immense success as a sales agent while adding value to her peers when Raleigh needed more sales leadership firsthand as the team grew and dominated the Raleigh market.
