Ted Ginsburg

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, graduated from Florida State University with a Master’s Degree in education, and served in the military. I met my wife, a real estate investor, while showing her homes.

I am a dedicated, experienced Realtor and have been working with buyers and sellers for 30 years. I conduct each transaction with the utmost professionalism and I have the knowledge and experience to overcome any hurdles that arise. I feel great personal satisfaction in helping clients solve their real estate needs. The smile, hand shake, or hug at the closing means so much. Referrals, recommendations, and repeat clients give me a sense of fulfillment.

I joined NuView Realty after long careers with two other large real estate companies, one of which was a franchised company. NuView Realty offers a personal touch, cutting edge technology, enthusiasm, and ethical practices. All of these qualities are important to the way in which I conduct my real estate transactions.
