About Teddy
Teddy Mosquera currently serves as Team Lead for The South Florida Team (TSFT) at Keller Williams SW. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading a localized team of specialists in the direct marketing and sales of residential and commercial real estate with a primary focus in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Growing up in a real estate family, Teddy started his real estate career serving as a mortgage loan processor where he assisted in securing financing for a wide array of customers including first time home buyers and investors. After the recession of 2008, Teddy expanded his knowledge base into the Short Sale and Foreclosure space, working as a Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure Defense specialist in a Fort Lauderdale law firm. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. His other designations include RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and is also certified in REO (Foreclosure) transactions.
