The first time I meet Teresa, I knew she was the agent for us. She came prepared with comparable properties and information to get us started. She went above and beyond to get the right professionals to get some work done on our property and to close the sale. We live an hour away and she always kept us informed through this whole process and always answered our calls and concerns. I am a real estate agent in Baltimore. I contacted Teresa to help us sell our second home in Great Cacapon after seeing her signs in the area for many years. Teresa immediately went to visit our home and help us price the house. She made excellent suggestions to make a few improvements and helped coordinate with her local contractors to get the work done. She then had beautiful professional photos taken, did a video tour which is helpful for out of town buyers. I received six offers for the property and the winning bid was above asking. After contract Teresa made sure we were kept in the loop regarding closing. I would recommend Teresa 100% to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. Selling a home is a stressful experience but Teresa guided us through every step and made it as stress-less as possible. We interviewed several agents before choosing her and she was the most thoroughly prepared from the very first meeting. Once the house was listed, Teresa marketed it well and we got a lot of showings very quickly. Within a few weeks, we had a solid offer. During the closing period, Teresa was always available to answer our questions and advise us about what to expect. We chose Teresa because of a recommendation made to us by a neighbor. We didn't actually meet face-to-face until the moment we sat down to close on the sale of our property because we currently live a significant distance away; however, that didn't affect our ability to work together in a productive and effective manner. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed through email and telephone calls and was always professional. But the bottom line is that we've closed on our house, while other properties...listed long before ours...continue to be listed for sale.
