She loves rafting, camping, skiing, climbing, and anything else that gets her outdoors, and when she cannot get out of town, you can find her exploring Denver’s best restaurants and watering holes. Before real estate, Terra spent her 20’s guiding people’s experiences in the outdoors as an outdoor educator, in the boardroom as an executive assistant, and in the classroom as a fourth-grade teacher. As a guide in the outdoor industry, she learned to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure. Her time as a teacher taught her how to comprehensively and cohesively present information to her clients and how to communicate effectively to get results. This diverse background has given her a depth of knowledge and skills that allow her to deliver an unbeatable customer experience buying or selling your home!
