Terressa Mannix

Terressa Mannix, Associate Broker, KW Capital District. Terressa joined Keller Williams in 2013 after moving to upstate NY from New York City. She has been a resident of the greater Capital Region of NY since 2012. She has always been passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Real estate is just one of the ways she can do that. Terressa is actively involved in growing her real estate business, helping her community, and building her network. Terressa is the current president of her local Keller Williams Young Professionals Chapter, KWYP Empire State, which launched in 2018. She holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Music Education and Music Performance from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Music Performance from Ithaca College.
