Terri Malone makes buying or selling a home an enjoyable process for her clients through her honesty, kindness, and old-fashioned hard work. And that joy turns into loyalty, with many of Terri’s first-time clients requesting her services repeatedly.
A Sacramento native and lifetime resident of the city, Terri stayed close to home when she attended Chico State and later Sacramento State. After being recruited by a major real estate title agent, she gained valuable experience in the title and escrow process and soon became the president’s right hand. Terri’s personal life and personality have impacted her career as well. She approaches everything with courage, tenacity, and the belief that honesty is always the best policy. She is committed to her clients 100%, always emphasizing fun and friendship to make their transactions truly positive and memorable.
Becoming a mom has been Terri’s greatest life experience by far. It has taught her about how much love she has to give, not only to her own family but to others as well. She volunteers regularly at her girls’ schools, has been a long-time manager for her daughter’s competitive soccer team, and helps take care of her beloved 96-year-old grandmother. To unwind, Terri enjoys boating, skiing, reading, visiting Lake Tahoe, and spending time with her family as often as possible.
