Here's a brief sketch of our Real Estate experience. Terry has been a full time Real Estate Professional since 1987 and a Broker since 1994. Connie joined the team in 2006 and DorseyUtahHomes was established.
We are grateful to have been able to serve over 1500 families so far in our careers. Thanks to our unique approach to the Real Estate business over 90% of our business is by referral from our past & present clients, business associates, friends & family members. We have extensive experience Listing & Selling Homes, Helping Buyers Purchase Their New Home, REO and Foreclosure Properties, Short Sales, Investment Properties, Plus Marketing & Sales of New Homes.
Terry is a Member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and has received the Salt Lake Board Superior Achievement Award, also the company Most Improved Agent of The Year Award & Sales Agent of The Year Award. Terry also has The Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation.
Connie is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and has received the Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, and is REO Certified.
Connie and Terry Are married and have four children, 3 grandsons & 3 granddaughters.
