Thailan Lim

Thailan has more than 15 years of professional client services experience, both in the legal field and real estate industry. Prior to joining Real Estate with Heart, Thailan worked as a Senior Paralegal at Goldblum & Hess focusing on Business and Employment Based Immigration. She led a successful team that represented a multitude of high-profile clients which included multi-national companies, universities, and hospitals all over the world.

Growing up in the city of Philadelphia, Thailan has intimate knowledge of the varied neighborhoods including Center City, Northern Liberties, Fishtown, South Philly, North Philly and the Northeast. As a homeowner, real estate investor and industry professional, Thailan has successfully built a large network of professionals including other Realtors, mortgage brokers, construction specialists, inspectors and title insurance companies to bullet-proof your transaction.

Thailan personally owns and manages residential properties in the Philadelphia area, and she lives in the Fishtown/Kensington neighborhood. She is committed to neighborhood revitalization and community building through education and sustainable activities. As an active member of the community, she serves on the Board of Directors for the New Kensington Development Corporation (NKCDC), as well as on the Real Estate Development and Housing committees. Thailan along with her fellow Board members, organized and hosted NKCDC’s first ever Board sponsored fundraising event to raise money for the organization’s new initiative to tackle one of the City’s most drug-ridden neighborhoods. She also helped rebuild her neighborhood’s local dog park, the Palmer Street Doggie Depot.

Thailan is a proud member of the two hundred fifty-seventh graduating class of Central High School in the Olney section of Philadelphia. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
