We called Mike and Susan to help us figure out whether it was the right time to sell our house. They are very knowledgeable of our area and the real estate market. We had several conversations and in the end we decided it was not the right time to sell but they will be the first we call when it it is time.

We got to know Sue & Mike Murphy over the past year, working with them both when we bought a new home snd when we sold our previous home. They listened to our needs and showed us many properties that were beautiful. They listened to concerns we had and brought us to our new home. They answered any questions along the way. When we were ready to sell our former home, they provided tips on getting the property ready and included a consult with a home stager. Together they provided great recommendations and also helped us find contractors for some of the work. Our home sold very quickly.
