This place has been truly amazing for my son and I. I met and got to know Eric and James Perez about 3 or 4 years ago at a Tustin Chamber of Commerce event and at multiple subsequent events throughout Tustin since. They are very big supporters of the local community in many ways. When my wife and I decided we were going to sell our house, a mutual friend reminded me about Eric and told us Eric had just helped them sell a rental home of theirs and that they were very pleased with everything. We wanted someone with local area knowledge and hired Perez Brothers OIN to represent us as the Sellers. With their help, we got our asking price in only three weeks! The process has been very easy and smooth, from start to near finish now, and Eric and James have both been extremely helpful and accessible throughout. I also want to compliment the Buyer and his agent for being so flexible and easy to work with. I hope we have been the same for them. We've lived here nearly 28 years, and though leaving is bitter sweet, and no one likes packing stuff up for a move (!), the process couldn't have been easier. If you're buying or selling, particularly anywhere in central Orange County, I would highly recommend the Perez Brothers.
