Therese has been the absolute best. She’s is extremely communicative and goes out of her way to get to know her clients. From our first meeting it was clear that she was authentic and invested in helping our family find a home that fit our needs. Therese answered every text, email and phone call no matter how big or small the question. Because she took the time to get to know us- we were able to find a place that meets our needs in the easiest moving process we ever had. Therese’s energy is unmatched and I’m so glad we partnered with her in this process! Highly recommend!!

Therese is such a breath of fresh air! She is knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful and fun to work with. The most important thing is that she truly listens to you. She always has great advice and I've never felt rushed or pressured. The combination of her listening and her knowledge from experience are invaluable. Additionally, she is constantly trying to increase her knowledge base by taking additional classes, going on conferences, etc. With a busy life and very busy business, this trait is extremely admirable. Therese(Ta-Reese) not (Ta Rees uh) is the most patient and thoughtful realtor I have ever dealt with and we have bought 4 different properties. She took the time to explain and show me tons of comps before we settled on the best property for us. Therese Snider is the best realtor in Austin. Hard stop! I was new to the area and running out of time in my Airbnb. A few disappointing experiences later and a stroke of luck lead me to Therese. Within two days, after showing me many apartments (I'm pretty picky!) she worked her magic and found exactly what I wanted on the North end of the city. Whatever you're looking for, Therese just won't quit, even in this brutal Texas heat. And she'll be showing me homes next year for sure. Five glowing stars!

We have sold our first home with Therese and, although very nerve wracking in this market, had seemed effortless because of her hard work. Sold our house in 3 days (even a holiday weekend) because she did a great job of getting the listing out there. Her advise on pricing the house made the house also very inviting to buyers and we didnt have to compromise with anything less. She was also able to assist us in choosing buyers that will (we hope) love the house just like we did (and still do).
