First things first: I’m a firm believer that your home should work for you -- not the other way around. I hope that goal is quietly present in all of our interactions together, from your first phone call to the day you sign at the closing table.
I have more than 16 years of local experience in real estate, with background expertise in residential new construction. In my previous role as Director of Sales for a Southwest Virginia homebuilder, I personally shepherded more than 600 homes to closing -- overseeing the marketing, pricing, negotiation and administration of each transaction. I’ve witnessed the nuances of a bear market and a bull market. I’ve gained very deep knowledge in new home construction and market-based pricing, and very broad knowledge in the buying and selling of real estate, in an exceptionally wide range of sales.
At the end of 2019, I decided to put that unique experience to work on the opposite side of the negotiation table, representing individual buyers and sellers in the Roanoke and New River Valleys with all housing types. It has been an absolute blast and delight to help people one-on-one.
It’s my goal to bring you a solid, market-grounded approach to pricing homes, a patient, level head at the negotiating table, a dependable network of contractors and industry partners to help get you to the closing table, and a strong familiarity with the ins and outs of real-estate contracts.
