Looking for a house is very stressful especially in this market. I found Tom be honest and upfront which is refreshing when it comes to dealing with some people in sales. He did his research and did not waste my time just to make a buck or a quick sale like many agents I have encountered. It was a tough sale with the parties involved but Tom got in there, negotiated below asking and got the selling parties to move quickly and efficiently by staying on top of the process. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to purchase a property. He has shown me that not only is he a true professional, he is also very personable .I considered him a valuable asset in the process of looking for properties and would use him again without a question.

The four things that make Tom stand out from the pack are his responsiveness, his ability to craft a search tailored to your specific interests, his market research, and his attention to detail. First, he seemed to be constantly available to answer questions, refine search criterion and to provide advice and guidance about the process. This was one of the biggest purchases of our lives, and it can be all-consuming, and it's nice to have an agent that recognizes that (even though he has tons of other clients). Second, he made full and effective use of all available technology to refine the search. For example, my wife and I would get daily updates of listings, we would identify what we liked and disliked and in no time Tom became completely calibrated to our mindset - that really made the process more effecient. Third, when it came time to make an offer, I was confident that we were getting a good deal based on the sophisticated market research (analyzing comparables, etc) that Tom put together for us. Finally, Tom kept the train running on time and made sure all the Ts were crossed and Is dotted; he was the one flagging things that we needed to address, not the other way around. Bottom line: I could not have been more pleased, and I highly recommend Tom.

Tom Greeen was very profeeiosnal and helpful when my wife and I purchased our first new home. He was able to give us all the answers to any questions we had and if he didn't know the answers he would let us know who would be able to answer any questions that we had on our home purchase.
