Thomas Stein

Tom is a self described country boy from Red Lion. Graduating from Dallastown High (’66) and Penn State with a degree in Engineering.

Tom’s oldest son, Dr. T W Stein, works for WellSpan in Hanover. Son, Kevin, works as a warehouse supervisor for HX Lighting, Dallastown.

Tom worked in various manufacturing plants including Armstrong Cork, Caterpillar and Harley-Davidson. Tom and his family also owned a top dairy herd and farm near East Prospect.

Recently Tom has incorporated his Real Estate efforts to include building and remodeling, property management, land development, and started and LLC that helps seniors with special needs in moving.

In addition to becoming a licensed realtor Tom is a licensed PA contractor, certified home inspector, an FHA 203K property consultant and certified Senior Move Manager.

With over 25 years of real estate experience, Tom has helped home buyers and sellers, investors and commercial and land customers.

Tom’s common sense approach to understanding the needs of customers has financially helped make him the GO-To guy when you are thinking of buying or selling real estate.
