Tiffany went above and beyond to help me sell my home. For three years Tiffany worked with me and was a great source of encouragement while I worked on making the necessary repairs in order to sell my house. The house I owned had been sold to me in 2017 by a flipper who did horrendous work. When I first met Tiffany in 2019, I was at my lowest point and just wanted to get rid of the house by any means. I was desperate. But over the next three years she gave me pointers on what repairs to do and continued to encourage me that my goals were possible. Before even going under contract, Tiffany and her husband even contributed to some repairs outside the house by building steps for the two porches, and doing some trim work around the front door porch area and told me it was a closing gift. In 2022 after finishing repairs on the home, it was finally ready to sell. Tiffany was able to get me the exact dollar amount she said she could. I couldn't be happier with the results. During the entire process Tiffany always reminded me that I was the one calling the shots and always made me feel like my needs were a priority over just making a sale. I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Tiffany is the most incredible human with the biggest, sweetest heart. First time home owner and I was completely lost. She walked me through everything, holding my hand every step of the way. She was always brutally honest with me and didn’t let me invest in something that wasn’t good for my needs. Always replies right away and if she doesn’t know something she’ll find out asap. She puts her heart and soul into her work and her clients.

I rarely write online review, but my experience with Tiffany Edwards-Montgomery was so outstanding that I was compelled to share. Working with her was simply delightful--she's very professional, hard-working, energetic, so friendly and upbeat. This was my first time selling a house and it really couldn't have been easier--she made the entire process incredibly easy and fun.

Tiffany was highly recommended to me by a realtor who was retiring, and I'm so glad that I followed the recommendation. Tiffany has great knowledge and experience of the real estate business, and it was easy to place my trust in her. I followed her advice and I was not disappointed! My house sold quickly and above asking price, and she was incredibly helpful every step of the way.

I would like to share a review regarding Tiffany. We had so much to do to sell our home that we lived in for 22 years!!! Tiffany helped us ALL the way through. From start to finish. She went above and beyond. She answered all our questions and never left us hanging. Always called or text us back. She helped out when we could not get to the house for meter reads!!!
