Tiffany Shepard

Tiffany Shepherd, a lifelong resident of the picturesque Shenandoah Valley, has always had a passion for helping others—a sentiment perfectly encapsulated by the timeless adage, "Home is where the Heart Is." This deep-rooted desire to assist people led her to embark on a career in real estate.

Having attended local schools and colleges, Tiffany earned her Associates degree in Arts and Science from Blue Ridge Community College. She furthered her education at James Madison University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work.

Prior to joining Kline May Realty, Tiffany gained valuable experience in sales and customer relations. In addition to her role as a real estate agent, she also owns and operates her own business specializing in homemade crafts, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit.

Professionally, Tiffany is driven by her dedication to family, friends, and community. Alongside her wonderful husband, she shares her home with four cats and a lively group of goats. In her leisure time, Tiffany delights in playing with her goats, nurturing her garden, and indulging in crafting projects.
