Tim Burrell

The unusual thing about Tim Burrell is the breadth of his education and experience. He has been a Realtor since 1979, originally in California & in North Carolina for 20 years, as he used to sell homes on both coasts simultaneously.

Now, Tim is affiliated with RE/MAX United in Raleigh, NC and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a graduate of UCLA Law School and has been licensed as an attorney in California since 1973. He is the author of two books, Create A Great Deal, The Art of Real Estate Negotiating and Create a Short Sale, Your Guide Through the Short Sale Maze. Tim was a home builder in California from 1975 to 1990.

He is nationally recognized speaker real estate negotiating, with presentations at RE/MAX International’s R4 Convention for 2013 and 2014 in Las Vegas. Tim teaches a negotiating class approved by the NC Real Estate Commission for continuing education credit. He is a member of REOMAC, REObroker.com, CyberStars, CDPE, CRS, and CNE. More importantly, he married his elementary school sweetheart in 1969, has two children and six grandchildren.
