A native of Dayton Ohio, Tim attended the University of Cincinnati and after receiving a degree in Fashion Design spent eighteen years in New York City working for several prominent menswear companies. As Director of Production he travelled to factory locations around the world and gained an appreciation of different lifestyles and cultures. In 2010 the time was right to return to Cincinnati and make a change. Real Estate was the perfect choice for Tim to bring his eye for design and style to help clients find the perfect home.

Tim is a Board Member of the World Affairs Council of Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky.

In his spare time Tim loves exploring the many amazing food options in Cincinnati, playing in a Euchre group and is perhaps a little too competitive in a weekly Trivia League!
