Timothy Blood

Timothy was born and raised in Fremont, California and has four sisters and two brothers. Most of the family still live in the Fremont area and are raising families of their own. Timothy grew up in the Warm Springs District of Fremont. He attended James Leach Elementary School, Warm Springs Elementary School, Horner Junior High and graduated from Irvington High School. He attended Ohlone College and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and Liberal Studies. In addition, Timothy holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Educational Psychology.

Timothy has a background in construction management and has been involved with several subdivisions in the bay area. Timothy understands real estate sales and purchases and is committed to his clients; however, in addition, he truly knows how to work with people.
