Kriz and I are so fortunate having Team Balch as our agent. We (as a couple) were apprehensive first time home buyers here in San Diego with limited knowledge about the process. Joy and Tina has been very informative and fun with positive attitude! They were encouraging and were never pushy. When we finally found "the one", there were multiple offers and ended up in a bidding war. Joy and Tina are skillful yet realistic negotiator! We were guided every step of the negotiations and she even advised us to make a letter to the seller to explain why we thought they should choose us and it worked!

Overall, Team Balch had made it a great experience for us. They were very responsive to our needs and were always available when needed . Our first home buying journey was a breeze and this team has my highest recommendation.

Tina Balch has provided the most professional service with a most personal touch. She has made the sale go very smoothly without any headaches. She listened to our situation and came up with the right legal solutions. She went well beyond and above all expectations. She was more like a friend trying to help than a real estate agent trying to sell. That factor alone is is very big deal in all of these.
