Tina is the hardest working, most dedicated, wonderfully caring, and miracle worker that i have ever met. i listed my townhome (in a bankruptcy development community) in Delaware with multiple different agents for 6 years and it couldn't get sold. I met Tina in MD and I was impressed with her down to earth honesty. She listed my townhome, got hold of all the parties involved in the community for the required condo docs, got the zoning corrected, and got the townhome sold within a month. Very impressive. i am still amazed everytime i am thinking about it. Thank you so much TIna for a wonderful and difficult job well done.

We had the pleasure of meeting Tina many years ago. I kept her business card for more than 5 years with intermittent correspondence during that time. Tina always made us feel important & was receptive to our calls or emails. We finally decided to jump in with both feet & with Tina's guidance we purchased a property in Ocean City in 2018. To this day we continue to stay in contact with her. Her many years of experience, knowledge of Ocean City & the surrounding area, along with her kind and friendly approach makes working with her an absolute pleasure. One of the best in the business!

Tina was fabulous-within 48 hours of contacting her, she had my condo staged, photographed by a professional photographer and listed! Even more impressive, she had my condo under contract within 72 hours, and this was before the buying frenzy of the last 12 months. My wife and I were fortunate enough to meet Tina when we first started looking at homes in the Ocean City area. She was the realtor who responded to our request to view a listing we'd found online. Tina was professional and had a friendly, positive personality, so she quickly became our realtor. Working with her, we began identifying and clarifying our "must haves" and our "would like to haves", which seemed to continually evolve as we looked at properties. Tina was able to zero in on the type of property we wanted and it didn't take long for her to find the property we immediately knew we wanted, because she'd listened to us and knew what we were looking for in a home! When we found our new home, it only took 90 minutes from the time we pulled into the driveway until we were signing a contract. It makes all of the difference in the world if you have a competent and attentive realtor working with you....and we found Tina to be outstanding in both areas! Finding a home in Ocean City to meet all of our needs came a lot easier with Tina's help. She was in constant communication making sure to keep up apprised of all listings meeting our criteria until we settled on the perfect spot for us. Throughout the entire process, she negotiated with the seller's agent to get all of the items that were of concern addressed so that we could feel confident going to closing. First of all, I hate writing reviews, but Tina Dorsey truly earned this one.

With my experience, I have found there to be so many weekend/part-time agents that claim to know the market, but in fact don't. Even some of the full-time agents seem to feed you information that isn't exactly true but only said to benefit themselves in making a quick sale. It was important to me to find a full-time agent dedicated to their career in order for me to feel comfortable enough to go through the process of this investment.

Tina Dorsey came highly recommended, so I gave her a call. As most all do, I came to her with very specific criteria in mind, not to mention a budget. Unfortunately, inventory was very low in the area that I wanted to be. Everything was selling so quickly. She understood exactly what I was looking for knowing that the market was slim on inventory, yet she never tried to upsell me on anything else, nor did she try to steer me in any other direction where there were more choices to be had.

With Tina' full-time dedication, connections and knowledge of the business, she was quick to act when she got wind that a unit meeting my criteria was getting ready to hit the market. With little time to waste, she arranged a facetime tour, and I was able to make an offer immediately. It was everything that I had been looking for and more. She found me exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier.

This experience couldn't have been better. I found Tina to be extremely efficient, timely and very personable. She was quick to return calls and get questions answered. The whole process went smoothly. She was extremely busy with other clients at that time, with much higher budgets than mine, yet she made me feel no less important. Working with Tina was an absolute pleasure, she was incredibly patient with me. She did an excellent job explaining every step of the home buying process, things to look out for when viewing a home, and she was very familiar with the area that I was searching in. Moreover, she was incredibly responsive over all forms of communication as well as being willing and able to answer whatever questions I had.

When it came time for the closing process, Tina had recommendations on hand for settlement companies and inspectors, all of which were great to work with and very friendly. Even after closing, I asked Tina multiple times to help me with some additional things and she was very helpful - that saved me trips to Ocean City. I can't recommend Tina Dorsey enough.

We decided to buy our dream vacation home at the worst time possible - low interest rates and even lower inventory - the market was crazy competitive with buyers purchasing homes sight unseen, within a day or two of listing and offering tens of thousands over asking.
SOMEHOW, Tina was able to secure our dream beach home at while giving us time to drive down from Philly to see the home before final offer AND (with extreme creativity and negotiating skills) she negotiated a deal well under asking. Unheard of in the fall 2021 market!
Tina is organized, efficient and probably the hardest working professional we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Should we decide to relocate permanently to the beach for retirement - she is the only person we will call.
