I would like to introduce myself, my name is Todd Bruce, and I am a lifelong resident of Riverside who has strong ties to the community. My family has been involved in real estate since 1975, and I have been investing in real estate for over 35 years now and have been a realtor for the past 18 years. He was friendly and professional, and he guided us through each step of the process, explaining every detail, answering all our questions, and even helping us prepare our home to sell. And considering we lived in our home for 24 years, Todd made it relatively stress-free! It's a big five stars for Todd. We highly recommend him!

Todd Bruce understood what we were looking for and generated a customized search that notified us of homes that fit both our taste and our budget. He helped us get viewings quickly to ensure we were given the best opportunity possible to place a bid in a wild market. He was patient and kind when we wanted to keep looking. He is proficient in my preferred languages of sarcasm, memes and gifs. Most importantly, Todd helped us find our dream home.

Todd took point in setting up everything that was needed to get my house sold. From our initial meeting reviewing comparables to closing escrow it was a smooth and minimal stress ordeal (at least as much as could be hoped for). Even when he knew he might be unavailable he made sure that I knew who would be covering. I always felt that Todd was staying in front of things and if something did come up it was always handled quickly. In the end I was very happy that we were able to sell within an my intended timeframe and value all because of Todd's help and efforts.
