We purchased a house directly from the owner and sell our existing home. They were not easy to deal with at all. Todd did an amazing job of removing the emotional attachments, that come with making a large purchase, and executed the transaction flawlessly. We received full price on our home and lower than the asking price on the home we purchased. Also, communication was never an issue, even taking phone calls late into the evenings and on weekends. I would recommend Todd Cook and his team to anyone in or around the Indianapolis area, or those moving into central Indiana. He's my realtor for life

We cannot say enough great things about Todd. He is such a hard worker and will do his best to make sure the buying and selling process is easy for you and your family. Todd is so knowledgeable in all areas. He sold out land, found an amazing house for us and also found us a commercial lot. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Todd was incredibly easy to work with. Found us all of the best deals on Insurance, appraisal, home inspection..you name it. Todd Cook is an amazing realtor. He and his team are highly proficient and professional. Everything from the listing to the sale of my home went very smoothly and Todd and his team were there every step of the way to guide us. From how to stage our house for sale to professional photography for the listing to guiding us through all of the legalities and offers we received. Not only was Todd able to get several offers above listing price he also sold out house the same day he listed it. This seems to be the norm for him as he was able to do the same thing for our daughter and son in law when they sold their house one year ago. He still challenges himself every day to strive to be the best at anything he does and we are great fun to have chosen him to sell our home and help us purchase our new home.
